After several unforgettable stays in Marrakech, we were captivated by its unique atmosphere, rich culture, and warm hospitality. So much so, that in 2018, we made the life-changing decision to settle here.

Our Roots in Tourism
Before launching our own project, we built strong experience in the tourism industry—working as real estate agents, managing seasonal rentals, and curating memorable experiences in the Agafay Desert, from camel rides to hot air balloon adventures. These years gave us deep insight into travelers’ desires and helped us form lasting relationships with property owners and guests alike.
A Hidden Gem
Everything changed during a visit to a small village near Agafay. A local client offered to sell a country house—and the moment we stepped onto the property, we saw its hidden potential. Though in need of a full renovation, we instantly knew this was the one.
The Vision Takes Shape
After sharing the idea with a close friend and future business partner, the dream quickly became a shared project. The renovation journey spanned several years, delayed by COVID, permits, and funding, but we pressed on—driven by passion and purpose.
Crafting with Heart
We redesigned the interior to blend authentic Moroccan charm with modern comfort—installing new windows and doors, restoring ceilings, and reconfiguring living spaces.
Using traditional techniques, we handcrafted built-in furniture: polished concrete beds, sedaris, custom cabinets, and a kitchen infused with local materials like tadelakt and limewash finishes. Each element reflects the timeless spirit of Moroccan design.
For comfort in every season, we also added air conditioning throughout the house.
Breathing Life Into the Outdoors
The exterior was just as lovingly transformed:
Restored gardens and winding pathways,
A reimagined terrace with stone tiles,
A revived traditional fountain as a central feature.
The Grand Finish:
Pool & Path
A major highlight was the creation of a 9m x 4.5m pool nestled at the back of the property. We designed a scenic stone pathway leading from the house to the pool, surrounded by lush vegetation—perfect for serene strolls and relaxing afternoons.
Decoration with Soul
Every piece of decor was chosen with intention:
Natural-toned Berber rugs, cushions, and curtains,
Handmade terracotta and ceramic tableware,
Artisanal lighting and mirrors that bring warmth and ambiance to every room.
Final Touches
Two last additions brought everything together:
A shaded open-air kitchen at the front of the house, fully equipped for quick, al fresco meals,
A stylish outdoor WC and Italian shower near the pool—ideal for sunny, poolside days.
